Nafisi International is a leading real estate company in Kuwait with extensive experience in investments, financing and development of commercial real estate portfolios. Since its inception on the 3rd of November 1993, the company has been exerting tremendous efforts to better serve its clientele with customer satisfaction as its foremost objective. It deals with various real estate activities, which include the purchase, sales and ownership of land, as well as development of real estate both inside and outside Kuwait. It is also into leasing and renting of land and buildings in and outside the country.
Other activities include the ownership and management of furnished apartments, development and construction of private and public buildings and projects, either directly or with others in Kuwait and abroad. The company manages real estate on behalf of others in and outside Kuwait. It also conducts related studies and provides advice for real estate development.
The company’s diverse commercial interests include investing in various types of equity, buying and selling of shares, bonds and other securities. It also invests in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and financial institutions.
